"The Staff was definitionally great"
The Staff was definitionally great. Had a issue with my key card and they solve the problem immediately. But most of all I enjoyed the friendliness and professional attitude. I would be remised if I didn't mention a staff member walk upstairs with me to make sure my key card work. Super!!!! THANKS!!!!!!

"Great Hotel booking provider"
I booked my last holidays with Hotelplanner as they offered me great deals with a wide range of selections. I like their app even better than booking.com as their customer service seems more engaged and answered me promptly when there was an issue with payments due to a voucher I had received from a friend. Hotel check-in was super easy as they already had received my details from Hotelplanner. Recommend to everyone, both for single and group hotel bookings.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at hotelplanner?

“It is impossible to reach any human at HP's customer service department. When I left voice messages and sent emails they ignored me for 3 months. I finally had to get Visa involved in order to get partial credit from HP after they charged me for 3 nights when I stayed only 1 night. Deceitful and despicable outfit!”
