"The Team Was Truly Awesome"
The team was truly awesome. I had a problem with my key card, and they fixed it right away. But what really stood out was their friendly and professional vibe. I’d feel bad if I didn’t point out that one staff member even walked upstairs with me to ensure my key card was working. Super!!!! THANKS!!!!!!

"Awesome Hotel Booking Service"
I arranged my recent vacation through Hotelplanner since they provided me with fantastic offers and a broad variety of options. Honestly, I prefer their app over booking.com because their customer support feels more involved and got back to me quickly when I faced a payment hiccup related to a voucher from a buddy. Checking into the hotel was a breeze since they had my info from Hotelplanner already. I totally recommend it to all, whether you're booking solo or for a group.

“It is impossible to reach any human at HP's customer service department. When I left voice messages and sent emails they ignored me for 3 months. I finally had to get Visa involved in order to get partial credit from HP after they charged me for 3 nights when I stayed only 1 night. Deceitful and despicable outfit!”
